Statutory Rights: Please note, the following Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Your Account: If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become know to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.
Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering.
Puffin Dive Centre reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.
Online security: We understand you may have concerns about using your credit card to make purchases online. We pledge to keep this information secure by using the latest payment systems and technology. All credit card processing is handled by EKN Powershop Secure Checkout. If however you still are unsure about using your credit card on the internet, please call us on 01631 566088 and we will be happy to process your card details manually via the telephone.
We collect information about you for two reasons; firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We may e-mail you in the future but we will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.
The Type of information we will collect about you includes:
We do not keep your credit/debit card details.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
It is not our policy to share your information with any individual or organisation. Should this policy change we would firstly obtain your consent.
We do not use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site, i.e. we do not store a "cookie" on your browser. If you are concerned about this you can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Liability: Puffin Dive Centre accepts no liability for any harm caused by the improper use of the products sold on this site, or any negative consequences experienced from use of the information on this site. If you use this site you are accepting full liability and are indemnifying Puffin Dive Center against any claim. All Branded packaging has clear instructions on how to use the products safely and also any suggested restrictions on the use of these products.
Ownership: All goods supplied will remain the property of Puffin Dive Centre until paid for in full.
Returns & Refunds: We will completely refund the full price of your order less the delivery charge if you are not satisfied with the delivered goods. You must notify us by email at email@example.com quoting your order "Purchase Transaction ID" number within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
You will only be eligible for a full refund if the goods are returned to us intact and unused, together with a valid Returns Number additionally you will be responsible for the delivery charges to return the goods to the United Kingdom.
If you have not notified us within 7 days from receipt of the goods, it is agreed by both parties that the sale is concluded and payment has been authorised by yourself. Authorised returns should be sent to the following address: Puffin Dive Centre, Port Gallanach, Oban, Argyll, Scotland, PA34 4QH please add the following reference "Returns Department " and quote your Authorised Returns Number. Note: Returns will not be accepted, unless an Authorised Returns Number is shown on the address detail, alongside the words "Returns Department". A note of the reason together with the Authorised Returns Number, should be enclosed, together with any other helpful information. Your card will be refunded in full on receipt of the goods back at Puffin Dive Centre in a satisfactory condition. Please be aware that, for reasons of hygiene, Puffin Dive Centre reserve the right to refuse a return of goods.
Damaged Goods: If any goods are delivered damaged, please notify us immediately by email and we will replace all damaged goods free of charge.
Re-delivery of your Parcel: If your goods are returned to Puffin Dive Centre, due to insufficient address detail being supplied by yourself, then you will be liable to pay for the re-delivery costs.
Delivery Timescales: On verification and acceptance of your card details and phone or email verification of your order details (usually within 24-48 hours) goods will be sent to the cardholders or delivery address given in your order.
The following delivery schedules can be used for a guide and are not guaranteed.
Delivery to the United Kingdom is targeted for 3-5 working days for most items posted 1st Class Post, but on occasions this could be 5-7 working days. Please add a further 2-3 working days for delivery to The USA and Mainland Europe and note our limit of a maximum parcel weight of 2kg to these regions. Allowance should be made for Bank and other statutory Holidays. Puffin Dive Centre shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond its control.
A signature (cardholders) may be required on delivery; This will be used for proof of delivery. Please note it is a breach of our conditions to ask for the goods to be delivered to an address other than that of the cardholders or an agreed delivery address stated on your order. It is also a breach of our conditions to deliberately allow a signature for delivery by a person not known and trusted by the cardholder. If goods are delivered to the given address and signed for on behalf of the cardholder, then the cardholder will be liable for payment of the goods in full.
Customer Services/Complaints: Please note all correspondence will be treated in the strictest confidence. Any complaint or general service query will be dealt with promptly.
